Conditions

• Once your parcel is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, the carrier reserves the right to drop the parcel at a nearby pickup point.
• For oversized or heavy items exceeding standard dimensions, XL delivery options may apply.
• For customers outside the EU: your order may be subject to import taxes upon receipt. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If customs duties are refused, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
